Preparing for Your Vehicle Pick-Up

If you have an appointment for your junk vehicle to be picked up. There are a few important things you can take care of before our arrival:

1. Clean Out Personal Items: Please remove any personal items you need from the vehicle. While a little garbage is acceptable, the car should not be filled with garbage.
2. Remove Vehicle Parts: If you plan to remove vehicle parts. Please ensure they are taken out well in advance of the scheduled pick-up time. Also, inform us at the time of making your appointment. About the parts you intend to remove so we can send the right tow truck for the job.
3. License Plates: If your junk car is on private property, you can remove the license plates. However, if your car is parked on the street. Please wait until we arrive and we will handle the removal of the license plates for you. 4. Documents Needed: At the time of pick-up, our tow truck drivers will require the vehicle registration.
